See how much we have raised so far..

In early 2023, the Gateway Executive Committee discussed options for raising funds for the club. There were some great ideas put forward by the team, so we got to work to put the some of them into action!

On the 11th February Penny organised a Valentine’s Disco. A great night was had by all, and a big thank you to Ryan and Aleshia for providing the super sounds. We all felt the LOVE, and a total of £360.00 was raised on the night. Thank you Penny for organising such a fun filled evening!!

On the 19th May, we organised a Quiz Night for friends and families of our volunteers. A big thank you to Dave Willans for being our Quizmaster on the night. Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we raised a total of £860.00!!

“Walk the Rye” 2023

On the 16th September 2023 we held our first ever Sponsored Walk on The Rye High Wycombe. Over 30 members and volunteers turned out to raise funds for our club. Our initial target was £800, but we were all amazed to establish that we had raised in excess of £6000!!

Thanks to the generosity of the general public, we will use the money raised to fund new equipment and outings for our members. The sun shone on us all day and we enjoyed a well earned picnic afterwards!! See the pics below – many smiles for every mile!!
